It is used to prevent and correct the flexor spasticity, deformation, contracture, and malformation of fingers. After wearing it, but the upper limb on the side of the body, do abduction and external rotation, elbow extension, wrist extension, and put it on the bed for weight training.
Training method
- Stretch your fingers apart, keeping your fingers in the correct extension position.
- Patients with severe finger flexion can be helped by others, and patients with moderate to slight flexion can be taught how to complete their own wear.
- After wearing it, but the upper limb on the side of the body, do abduction and external rotation, elbow extension, wrist extension, and put it on the bed for weight training.
- It is best not to wear the fingerboard for more than 20 minutes. After removing it, observe whether there are any signs of indentation at the finger squeeze.
