How much does it cost to rent?
We quote each rental individually because the rate depends on the equipment, how long you need it, and which accessories are included. Send us the equipment name and expected duration on WhatsApp and we'll come back with a quote within 30 minutes during working hours — Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
Is a deposit required, and do I get it back?
Yes — a refundable security deposit may be required depending on the equipment. We confirm the amount with your quote and return it in full when the equipment comes back in working condition. The deposit is separate from the rental charge and is not a fee.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum period depends on the equipment and is confirmed before booking. If you need something for just a day or two, call us anyway — we can usually work something out.
Do you deliver, and how soon?
Yes, across Bengaluru. We confirm delivery timing and any distance-based charge before booking. Same-day delivery may be possible if you call early; we'll confirm when you book.
Will you show us how to use it?
Yes. We set the equipment up at delivery and take the family through how to use it safely, including what to watch for. If something isn't working during the rental, call us and we'll repair or replace it.
What if we need it for longer than planned?
Just call or message before the period ends and we'll extend it — recovery rarely runs to schedule and this is completely normal. If you finish early, tell us and we'll arrange pickup.
Do I need a doctor's prescription?
For oxygen concentrators, oxygen cylinders, BiPAP machines and DVT pumps, yes — the settings have to match what your doctor specified, so we need the prescription or sleep study report. Walkers, wheelchairs, and exercise equipment need no prescription.
What documents do you need from me?
We'll confirm the booking documents for the equipment you choose. Nothing is needed to get a quote — only when the equipment is booked.
